- Private Tour Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. If the departure is from Yerevan, the Deposit makes up 15% of the Order Price; while in case of cancellation or no-show, the Deposit is not refunded to the Customer. If the departure is outside of Yerevan, the Deposit makes up 100% of the Order Price; while in case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the departure, 85% of the Order Price is refunded, and in case of later cancellation or no-show, no amount is refunded. In specific cases the Company may require a different amount of Deposit and set different terms of Order cancellation, by agreeing with the Customer in advance. The Customer shall make the Balance Payment on the spot of receiving the Service, at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Company. No additional amount is charged from the Customer when postponing the confirmed Order, if the Company has been informed about it at least 24 hours before, and if informed later than that, 10% penalty is charged from the Order Price. In case of an insignificant (up to 10%) reduction within a confirmed Order no recalculation takes place, and no amount of money is refunded to the Customer. However, in case of significant (more than 10%) reduction, 85% of the cost of the reduced part is refunded to the Customer. Moreover, sometimes the reduced part cannot include the cost of any services provided by a third party (i.e., food, entrance tickets, events, performances, etc.), if there has not been enough time or possibility to reduce them, and/or if it has been based on the service provision terms and conditions of the third party. Due to unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure state, and for security reasons, the Company has the right to change, shorten or cancel the Confirmed Order. In case of cancellation the whole amount paid for the Service is refunded to the Customer. If the Company has replaced the sites or services provided within the Order with equivalent sites or services due to the above-mentioned circumstances, then it has no obligation towards the Customer and does not have to refund any amount of money. In case of non-equivalent replacement or reduction, the Company refunds the Customer the Price difference between the confirmed Order and the one that has actually taken place.Cancellation of the tour by the organization due to other circumstances is announced 24 hours before the start of the tour and the cost of the booked tickets is returned to the customer in full.

A breathtaking 2 day private tour to immerse in the beauty of Armenia! On the first day see Armenian Alphabet Alley – a beautiful demonstration of the stone carvings of 39 Armenian letters, located at the east side bottom of Mount Aragats, in the village of Artashavan. Next on the route, visit Dendropark – the only garden in Southern Caucasus, that was transformed from a forest into an arboretum. Observe Lori Berd fortress, founded in the 11th century and located at the intersection of Lori’s picturesque gorges. The overnight is foreseen in the village of Haghpat. The second day starts with full of adrenaline and unforgettable experience – rafting on Debed river. By the way, rafing is gradually becoming one of the most popular activities of extreme tourism in Armenia. On the way back visit Zarni-Parni cave castle complex in a forest canyon with a magnificent view of the Kayan fortress.

Day 2 - 1. Rafting on Debed River
Rafting is gradually becoming one of the most popular activities of extreme tourism in Armenia. It may seem, that such an extreme sport can be handled by professionals only, however Debed River welcomes everyone, even with little or no experience at all. During rafting on Debed, besides full of adrenaline and unforgettable experience, one can also discover some historical and cultural monuments of Armenia, located along the river, such as Haghpat and Sanahin monasteries, included in UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
The reservations should be made in advance.
2. - Zarni-Parni Cave Castle Complex
Zarni-Parni is a cave castle complex in Lori region. It is located in a forest canyon with a magnificent view of the Kayan fortress, which is close to the village of Haghpat, famous for its monastery. The complex consists of the "Zarni er" and "Parni er" castles, as well as the "Tsak er" cave. Some historical records note, that renowned scholar and philosopher Hovhannes Imastaser used to live and work in this cave. Currently the area is turned into a historical museum, where one can find number of rare ancient agricultural tools and household items.
Near the cave there is a tavern and winery to enjoy local drinks and dishes of Armenian cuisine.
Evening time can be well "spiced" with a splendid view from the observation deck over a bonfire (at an additional cost of 10 000 AMD).
3. - Yerevan
Booking conditions
Prices for Excursions are displayed on the basis that the Excursion will start from Yerevan and end in Yerevan. In case of starting the Excursion from any other place or ending in another place, recalculation and price change are possible.
Additional stops or places can be visited during the Excursions only if it is really possible. In case of significant deviations, as well as if the Excursion lasts longer than the planned time, the Company carries out a recalculation, as a result of which an additional payment may be required.
The average duration of each direction of the Excursions is indicated on the Website and (or) in the Order Confirmation, but sometimes the Excursion may actually last up to 10% more or less than the specified time.
Citizens of some countries must obtain a visa of the Republic of Georgia when participating in Excursions to the Republic of Georgia, and in some cases also a visa of the Republic of Armenia for return. The Company does not provide assistance in obtaining visas. Visas are issued based on international agreements between the Republic of Georgia and/or the Republic of Armenia and your country of citizenship.
In case of more than 7 people, a list of those departing with passport data will be required when organizing an excursion to the Republic of Georgia.
During the excursions, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed ones.
Regardless of the destination, it is advisable to take warm clothes. The climate in the tourist attractions may differ from the climate in Yerevan.
When visiting churches, women and men are advised not to wear open clothes. In the case of women, it is desirable to have a headscarf.
During the excursions, depending on the direction and location, in some cases, the vehicle may not be able to reach the destination and there may be a need to walk some distance and/or climb stairs. If the participant has difficulties walking or climbing stairs, it is recommended to check in advance the availability of such places in the places visited.
Pets can only be brought on excursions in special cages, with prior notification.
The company is not responsible for your belongings left, lost, damaged or destroyed during the excursions, both in the vehicle and in the places visited.
During the excursions, passengers have insurance against traffic accidents, which compensates for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1,300,000 AMD, supported by documents of expenses.
