- The Deposit for the Tour Package Order, presented on the Website of the Company, makes up 20% of the total Price. The Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. The Balance Payment for the Tour Package is made on the start date of the Order. In case of cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Order, the paid amount is refunded to the Customer. In case of cancellation later than the above-mentioned period, however prior to the start of the Order, the Deposit is not refunded. In case of no-show or cancellation of the Tour Package or its separate Services after the start of the Order, no amount is refunded. The possibility of making changes to the Tour Package by the Customer is agreed with the Company. Based on the specifics of the changed Services, the Company makes recalculations, which may result in the need for an additional payment on the part of the Customer.

Day 1 Based on flight - Private transfer: Yerevan Airport – Yerevan

Day 2 09:00 - Group tour: Gyumri (Urban life museum, Black Fortress, walking through the old streets), Harichavank
On this tour you will visit Gyumri, the second largest city in Armenia, one of the main cultural centers of the republic. The only Catholic church in Armenia has recently been built in Gyumri. Visiting the Urban Life museum you will discover everyday life, culture and history of Gyumri. There will be a stop at Black Fortress, which is one of the famous monuments of Gyumri. Built in 1834, it is included in the list of intangible monuments of history and culture of the city. Walking through the streets of the town you will see lots of old buildings and feel the spirit of 19th century architecture. The monastery complex of Harichavank, the last stop, is situated on the western slope of Mount Aragats, on a rocky cape.
Day 3 10:00 - Group tour: Echmiadzin (Hripsime, Gayane, Mother Cathedral – from outside, Museum Treasures of Echmiadzin), Zvartnots
This trip takes you to churches, that are listed among the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Sites. The first stops are the churches of St. Hripsime and St. Gayane, that are two of three churches in Echmiadzin, dedicated to the Christian women-martyrs who escaped from Rome with their abbess Gayane. Next up is Echmiadzin Mother Cathedral, the main cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the very first Christian cathedral in the World. Currently Mother Cathedral is under reconstruction and, unfortunately, you can see it only from the outside. There will be a visit to "Treasures of Echmiadzin" museum with final stop near Zvartnots, the medieval temple of St. Gregory, built in the 7th century. It was one of the tallest buildings of the time.
Day 4 08:30 - Group tour: Hin Areni Wine factory (tour and tasting), Shaki waterfall, Tatev (wayback on Wings of Tatev Ropeway)
On this tour first visit "Hin Areni" wine factory in Areni settlement, where you will have a tour and tasting of its famous wines. Afterwards there comes the visit of Shaki waterfall, which is located in one of the coziest and nicest corners of Syunik province, gloriously opening its striking beauty to all the admirers. And the last stop will be Tatev monastery, that was once a spiritual center and also had outstanding scientific and political significance. The monastery is surrounded with beautiful nature. It is here that one can take the World's longest ropeway without stops – "Tatever".
Day 5 10:00 - Group tour: Khor Virap Monastery, Areni-1 (Birds-Cave), Hin Areni Wine factory (tour and tasting), Noravank Monastery
The most fascinating attractions of Armenia are here to amaze you! Visit Khor Virap monastery, a great place for embracing picturesque views of the Holy Mount Ararat. Next, see the monastery complex Noravank, that is unique in its construction as the church of Holy Mother of God is 2-storied monastery. After that have wine tasting in "Hin Areni" wine factory, which is one of the oldest settlements in Armenia, famous for its wines. Finally, visit an ancient cave called "Birds-Cave" or Areni-1.
Day 6 10:00 - Group tour: Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Lavash baking master class
Join this short group tour to explore most unique attractions of Armenia! First up, visit Garni, which is the only standing pagan temple in Armenia, the next place is Garni canyon, the so-called "Basaltic Organ". The next stop is Geghard monastery, being a complex which is partially carved in a rock. Finally, see lavash (Armenian thin bread) baking process, which is one of the most beautiful and common Armenian national traditions.

Booking conditions
In the scope of Tour Packages, the Company provides Group Tours, Hotel Booking and Transfer Services in different combinations. The provision of Tour Package Services is accordingly regulated with special provisions for Group Tours, Hotel Booking and Transfer Services:
Group Tours
The Group Tour is valid for the date mentioned in the confirmation only.
The average duration for each destination is mentioned on the Website as well as in the confirmation; however, the Tour may actually take up to 10% more or less of that time.
The preferred seats inside the vehicle are not reserved in advance.
In order for Us to organize participants' check-in for the Tour and settlement in the vehicles properly, the participants are expected to be at the head office of the Company (96, Nalbandyan street, 0010, Yerevan, RA) at least 30 minutes prior to the departure.
Citizens of certain countries must obtain a visa in order to travel to Georgia, and in some cases, they may need a return visa for Armenia as well. The Company does not have visa provision or support services. Visas are issued on the basis of existing international agreements between the Republic of Georgia and/or Republic of Armenia and the country of Your citizenship.
During Group Tours it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed.
Regardless of the destination, it is preferable to take warm clothes as well, since the climate in the sites may differ from the climate in Yerevan.
When visiting churches, men and women are advised not to wear open clothes. For women, a scarf is desirable.
It is not allowed to bring pets within the scope of Group Tours.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Group Tours.
In case of certain Group Tours, depending on the destination and location, the transportation means may be unable to reach the destination, and the participants may need to walk some distance and/or climb some stairs. If the participants have difficulties walking or overcoming stairs, then they should verify in advance if destinations include such sites.
Apart from the stops listed in the itinerary of Group Tours, there may be additional stops with the consent of all the participants of the group.
During Group Tours, passengers have traffic accident insurance to compensate for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1 500 000 AMD, based on documented expenses.
Hotel Booking
In the scope of Hotel Booking Services the Company realizes hotel room bookings based on the data provided by the Customer, on his name, on his own account and assignment.
When booking, the Company acts exclusively as an agent between You and the company providing hotel services. The Company itself does not provide hotel services.
During check-in the person(s) staying in the hotel need(s) to present their passport or ID.
The Price for Hotel Service Booking is calculated according to check-in and check-out hours. The possibility of booking an early check-in or late check-out is related to the availability of hotel rooms. In case of possibility an extra fee may be charged, which is subject to separate discussion.
Should You have any special requirements, please fill in the "Notes" field in advance while booking. They will be considered by the company providing hotel services and will be fulfilled if possible.
In case You use other services offered by the hotel, apart from accommodation, You are obliged to make the payment and cover Your expenses on the spot according to policy and price-list presented by the company providing hotel services.
The Company is not responsible for any incomplete or inappropriate service provision by the company providing hotel services, as well as for their unscrupulous behavior, mistakes, omissions, negligence, for any of Your complaints regarding the hotel services, and for any direct and indirect damage or expense that You may incur as a result.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the hotel.
The star rating of the hotels presented on Our Website is not determined by Us. The company providing hotel services determines its own star rating in accordance with the type and quality of services it offers. We do not make any claims about star ratings, do not review them, nor are We responsible for any objective or subjective perception of the Customer's star rating and actual inconsistency.
Transfer Services
The durations of the Transfers, presented on the Website, are approximate. They are calculated, based on normal traffic load.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Transfer Services.
During Transfer Services, passengers have traffic accident insurance to compensate for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1 500 000 AMD, based on documented expenses.
