- The Deposit for the Tour Package Order, presented on the Website of the Company, makes up 20% of the total Price. The Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. The Balance Payment for the Tour Package is made on the start date of the Order. In case of cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Order, the paid amount is refunded to the Customer. In case of cancellation later than the above-mentioned period, however prior to the start of the Order, the Deposit is not refunded. In case of no-show or cancellation of the Tour Package or its separate Services after the start of the Order, no amount is refunded. The possibility of making changes to the Tour Package by the Customer is agreed with the Company. Based on the specifics of the changed Services, the Company makes recalculations, which may result in the need for an additional payment on the part of the Customer.Cancellation of the tour by the organization due to other circumstances is announced 24 hours before the start of the tour and the cost of the reserved tickets is refunded to the customer in full.

Program
Day 1 - Private transfer: Yerevan Airport – Yerevan
Day 2` 09:00 - Group tour: Gyumri (Urban life museum, Black Fortress, walking through the old streets), Harichavank
On this tour you will visit Gyumri, the second largest city in Armenia, one of the main cultural centers of the republic. The only Catholic church in Armenia has recently been built in Gyumri. Visiting the Urban Life museum you will discover everyday life, culture and history of Gyumri. There will be a stop at Black Fortress, which is one of the famous monuments of Gyumri. Built in 1834, it is included in the list of intangible monuments of history and culture of the city. Walking through the streets of the town you will see lots of old buildings and feel the spirit of 19th century architecture. The monastery complex of Harichavank, the last stop, is situated on the western slope of Mount Aragats, on a rocky cape.
Day 3` 10:00 - Group tour: Khor Virap Monastery, Azat Reservoir view point, Garni Temple, Lavash baking master class, Geghard Monastery
This combined tour includes visits of some of the most popular attractions of Armenia. During morning time Biblical Mount Ararat is especially beautiful, so the first stop is foreseen at the closest point to the mountain from Armenia – Khor Virap monastery, from where Christianity in Armenia originates. Afterwards you will have a stop at a special view point and there will be a chance to take nice photos of Azat Reservoir, surrounded with nature. Next on the route is the only pagan temple in Armenia – Garni. See lavash (Armenian thin bread) baking process, which is one of the most beautiful and common Armenian national traditions. And, finally, you will be amazed by the magnificence of the 13th century Geghard monastic complex, partially carved in the rock and included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
Day 4` 10:00 - Group tour: Tsaghkadzor (Kecharis Monastery, Ropeway – one station), Lake Sevan (Sevanavank Monastery), Sevan trout barbecue treat
On this tour see Tsaghkadzor, known as valley of flowers, go to Kecharis monastery complex, ride on the ropeway to admire the whole beauty of the place. Afterwards visit Lake Sevan, pearl of this mountainous country. Stop at Sevanavank monastery complex on Sevan peninsula, which can be named the very point from where the whole beauty of Lake Sevan is seen. At the end of the tour you will have an amazing opportunity to taste yummy Sevan trout barbecue!
Day 5 Based on flight - Private transfer: Yerevan – Yerevan Airport
Booking conditions
In the scope of Tour Packages, the Company provides Group Tours, Hotel Booking and Transfer Services in different combinations. The provision of Tour Package Services is accordingly regulated with special provisions for Group Tours, Hotel Booking and Transfer Services:
Group Tours
The Group Tour is valid for the date mentioned in the confirmation only.
The average duration for each destination is mentioned on the Website as well as in the confirmation; however, the Tour may actually take up to 10% more or less of that time.
The preferred seats inside the vehicle are not reserved in advance.
Citizens of certain countries must obtain a visa in order to travel to Georgia, and in some cases, they may need a return visa for Armenia as well. The Company does not have visa provision or support services. Visas are issued on the basis of existing international agreements between the Republic of Georgia and/or Republic of Armenia and the country of Your citizenship.
During Group Tours it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed.
Regardless of the destination, it is preferable to take warm clothes as well, since the climate in the sites may differ from the climate in Yerevan.
When visiting churches, men and women are advised not to wear open clothes. For women, a scarf is desirable.
It is not allowed to bring pets within the scope of Group Tours.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Group Tours.
In case of certain Group Tours, depending on the destination and location, the transportation means may be unable to reach the destination, and the participants may need to walk some distance and/or climb some stairs. If the participants have difficulties walking or overcoming stairs, then they should verify in advance if destinations include such sites.
Apart from the stops listed in the itinerary of Group Tours, there may be additional stops with the consent of all the participants of the group.
During Group Tours, passengers have traffic accident insurance to compensate for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1 500 000 AMD, based on documented expenses.
Hotel Booking
In the scope of Hotel Booking Services the Company realizes hotel room bookings based on the data provided by the Customer, on his name, on his own account and assignment.
When booking, the Company acts exclusively as an agent between You and the company providing hotel services. The Company itself does not provide hotel services.
During check-in the person(s) staying in the hotel need(s) to present their passport or ID.
The Price for Hotel Service Booking is calculated according to check-in and check-out hours. The possibility of booking an early check-in or late check-out is related to the availability of hotel rooms. In case of possibility an extra fee may be charged, which is subject to separate discussion.
Should You have any special requirements, please fill in the "Notes" field in advance while booking. They will be considered by the company providing hotel services and will be fulfilled if possible.
In case You use other services offered by the hotel, apart from accommodation, You are obliged to make the payment and cover Your expenses on the spot according to policy and price-list presented by the company providing hotel services.
The Company is not responsible for any incomplete or inappropriate service provision by the company providing hotel services, as well as for their unscrupulous behavior, mistakes, omissions, negligence, for any of Your complaints regarding the hotel services, and for any direct and indirect damage or expense that You may incur as a result.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the hotel.
The star rating of the hotels presented on Our Website is not determined by Us. The company providing hotel services determines its own star rating in accordance with the type and quality of services it offers. We do not make any claims about star ratings, do not review them, nor are We responsible for any objective or subjective perception of the Customer's star rating and actual inconsistency.
Transfer Services
The durations of the Transfers, presented on the Website, are approximate. They are calculated, based on normal traffic load.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Transfer Services.
During Transfer Services, passengers have traffic accident insurance to compensate for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1 300 000 AMD, based on documented expenses.
