- Առանց Կանխավճարի Անհատական Էքսկուրսիան հաստատված համարվել չի կարող: Եթե Պատվերը մեկնարկում է Երևանից, ապա Կանխավճարը կազմում է Պատվերի Գնի 15%-ը, ընդ որում, Պատվերը չեղարկելու կամ չներկայանալու դեպքում Կանխավճարը չի վերադարձվում Պատվիրատուին: Եթե Պատվերը մեկնարկում է Երևանից դուրս գտնվող վայրից, ապա Կանխավճարը կազմում է Պատվերի Գնի 100%-ը, ընդ որում, մեկնարկից 24 ժամ առաջ Պատվերը չեղարկելու դեպքում Պատվիրատուին վերադարձվում է Պատվերի Գնի 85%-ը, իսկ ավելի ուշ չեղարկելու կամ չներկայանալու դեպքում՝ որևէ գումար չի վերադարձվում: Հատուկ դեպքերում Ընկերությունը կարող է պահանջել Կանխավճարի այլ չափ և սահմանել Պատվերը չեղարկելու այլ պայմաններ՝ նախապես դրանք համաձայնեցնելով Պատվիրատուի հետ: Վերջնավճարը Պատվիրատուն պետք է կատարի Ծառայության մեկնարկից ոչ ուշ, եթե այլ պայմանավորվածություն չկա Ընկերության և Պատվիրատուի միջև: Հաստատված Պատվերը հետաձգելու դեպքում որևէ հավելյալ գումար չի գանձվում Պատվիրատուից, եթե այդ մասին Ընկերությունը տեղեկացվել է Պատվերի իրականացումից առնվազն 24 ժամ առաջ, իսկ ավելի ուշ տեղեկացվելու դեպքում՝ գանձվում է Պատվերի Գնի 10%-ի չափով տուգանք։ Հաստատված Պատվերի մեջ ոչ էական (մինչև 10%) կրճատումների դեպքում վերահաշվարկ չի կատարվում, և որևէ գումար չի վերադարձվում Պատվիրատուին, իսկ էական կրճատում (ավելի քան 10%) կատարելու դեպքում Պատվիրատուին է վերադարձվում կրճատված մասի արժեքի 85%-ը, ընդ որում, երբեմն վերադարձվող գումարը կարող է չներառել երրորդ անձանց միջոցով մատուցվող ծառայությունների արժեքը (օրինակ՝ սնունդ, մուտքի տոմսեր, միջոցառումներ, ցուցադրություններ և այլն), եթե դրանք կրճատելու բավարար ժամանակ կամ հնարավորություն չի եղել, և (կամ) պայմանավորված է եղել երրորդ անձանց ծառայությունների մատուցման պայմաններով և կանոններով: Եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմանների կամ անհաղթահարելի ուժի (force majeure) ի հայտ գալու դեպքում, անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով, Ընկերությունն իրավունք ունի փոխել, կրճատել կամ չեղարկել հաստատված Պատվերը: Ընկերության կողմից Պատվերը չեղարկելու դեպքում Պատվիրատուին վերադարձվում է վճարված գումարը: Եթե վերոհիշյալ հանգամանքների բերումով Ընկերությունն այցելվող վայրերը կամ Պատվերի շրջանակներում մատուցվող ծառայությունները փոխարինել է համարժեք վայրերով կամ ծառայություններով, ապա Ընկերությունը որևէ պարտավորություն չի կրում Պատվիրատուի առջև և որևէ գումար չի վերադարձնում։ Ոչ համարժեք փոխարինման կամ կրճատման դեպքում Ընկերությունը Պատվիրատուին է վերադարձնում հաստատված Պատվերի և փաստացի իրականացված Պատվերի արժեքների տարբերությունը։

This tour begins with the visit of Khor Virap monastery, the closest point to Biblical Mount Ararat from Armenia. It’s a great place to enjoy some of the most scenic views of the mountain. Then you will see Noravank monastic complex, which is magnificent in its construction, as the church of Holy Mother of God is 2-storied monastery. The next stop is Jermuk – a resort town surrounded by picturesque nature, part of which is the famous waterfall. The city is well known for its water gallery, where you can taste mineral water of different temperatures. Finally, there comes the visit of “Hin Areni” wine factory in the village of Areni, one of the oldest settlements in Armenia, best known today for its exquisite wines. A 6000-year-old winery was found here.

10:00-12:30 - 1. Khor Virap Monastery
Khor Virap is the most famous pilgrimage site in Armenia, as it is directly connected with the adoption of Christianity. As a state religion, Christianity in Armenia was adopted in 301 due to endeavors of Saint Gregory The Illuminator, who, before converting King Trdat The 3rd to Christianity, was imprisoned in the dungeon, over which a church of Khor Virap monastery was built in the 17th century. From the monastery one can admire the stunning view of the Biblical Mount Ararat.
12:30- 14:00 - 2. Noravank Monastery
Passing a narrow road, surrounded by rocks of hundred caves, one discovers a scene of harmony of architecture with nature. The monastery, enshrined with fine architectural solutions and luxurious embellishments, is one of the brightest examples of Armenian architecture of the 13th century. Noravank consists of St. Karapet, St. Gregory The Illuminator churches and St. Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God) two-storey church, which is notable for its ideal constructive and sculptural work.
14:00_15:00 - 3. Hin Areni wine factory
Vayots Dzor and Areni village in particular has been the cradle of Armenian winemaking for millennia. "Hin Areni" wine factory opens up the doors of this region to the world to showcase the historic and indigenous Armenian grape varietals. At the winery the historic traditions of winemaking are well combined with state-of-the-art modern equipment. "Hin Areni" wine factory has the capacity to process over 250 tonnes of grapes.
15:00- 20:30 - 4. Jermuk
The famous health resort Jermuk is in the north-eastern part of Vayots Dzor. The mineral waters of Jermuk have been famous for their medicinal properties since early medieval. A special drinking gallery, along which pump rooms with mineral water are lined up, has been constructed for visitors. The water temperature varies from 30 to 50 degrees C.
Booking conditions
During Private Tours there can be additional stops and site visits only in case of real possibility. Should there be significant detours, and should the Tour take longer than the scheduled time, the Company performs recalculation, which may result in the necessity of additional charge.
The average duration for each destination of a Private Tour is mentioned on the Website and/or on the Order confirmation; however, the Tour may actually take up to 10% more or less of that time.
Citizens of certain countries must obtain a visa in order to travel to Georgia, and in some cases they may need a return visa for Armenia as well. The Company does not have visa provision or support services. Visas are issued on the basis of existing international agreements between the Republic of Georgia and/or Republic of Armenia and the country of Your citizenship.
Should the number of participants of a Private Tour to Georgia exceed 7 people, a list with passengers' ID/passport data will be needed.
During Private Tours it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed.
Regardless of the destination, it is preferable to take warm clothes as well, since the climate in the sites may differ from the climate in Yerevan.
When visiting churches, men and women are advised not to wear open clothes. For women, a scarf is desirable.
During certain Private Tours, depending on the destination and location, the transportation means may be unable to reach the destination, and the participants may need to walk some distance and/or climb some stairs. If the participants have difficulties walking or overcoming stairs, then they should verify in advance if destinations include such sites.
Within the scope of Private Tours it is allowed to bring pets only inside a special cage and in case of advance notice.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Private Tours.
During Private Tours, passengers have traffic accident insurance to compensate for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1 500 000 AMD, based on documented expenses.
