As part of the package tour services, the company provides group excursions, hotel reservations and transfers in various combinations. The provision of package tour services is governed by the provisions on group excursions, hotel reservations and transfer services respectively.

Group Tours

A group tour is valid only on the date specified in the confirmation.

The average duration of each group tour destination is indicated on the Site and in the confirmation, but sometimes the actual duration of the tour may be 10% more or less than the indicated time.

Advance reservations for vehicles carrying out group tours are not made.

For proper registration and boarding of participants, they are required to:

Citizens of some countries are required to obtain a visa to the Republic of Georgia when participating in a group tour to the Republic of Georgia, and in some cases also a visa to the Republic of Armenia for return. The Company does not provide assistance in obtaining visas. Visas are issued on the basis of international agreements between the Republic of Georgia and/or the Republic of Armenia and your country of citizenship.

During group excursions, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed ones.

Regardless of the destination, it is advisable to take warm clothes with you. The climate in tourist areas may differ from the climate in Yerevan.

When visiting churches, it is not recommended for women and men to wear revealing clothes. It is advisable for women to wear a headscarf.

Pets are not allowed on group tours.

The company is not responsible for any items left, lost, damaged or destroyed during group tours, either in the vehicle or in the places visited.

On some group tours, depending on the destination and location of the tour, the vehicle may not reach the destination and you may have to walk some distance and/or climb stairs. If the participant has difficulty walking or climbing stairs, it is recommended to check in advance the availability of such facilities at the places to be visited.

In addition to the stops specified in the group excursion program, additional stops are possible only with the consent of all group members.

During group tours, passengers have insurance against traffic accidents, which compensates for actual damage to the health of the passenger in the amount of up to 1,500,000 drams, subject to the availability of documents confirming the expense.

Hotel reservations

As part of the provision of hotel reservation services, the Company makes hotel reservations on behalf of the Client, at his expense and on his instructions, based on the data provided by the Client.

When making a reservation, the Company acts solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel service provider. The Company is not considered a hotel service provider.

When checking into a hotel, you must present an identity document (passport or ID card) of the person (persons) staying at the hotel.

The hotel reservation fee is calculated based on the check-in and check-out time. The possibility of booking earlier than the check-in time or later than the check-out time is subject to availability of rooms at the given hotel. If there are available rooms, an additional fee may be charged, which is discussed separately.

If you have special requirements when booking, please fill in the "Notes" field in advance, which will be reviewed by the hotel service provider and, if possible, implemented.

In case of using services other than overnight accommodation at the hotel, you are obliged to make payment and settlement on the spot, in the manner and at the prices set by the hotel service provider.

The Company is not responsible for the incomplete or improper provision of services by the hotel service provider, bad faith behavior, errors, omissions, negligence, any dissatisfaction you may experience with respect to the hotel services, as well as for any direct or indirect damages or expenses that you may incur as a result thereof.

The Company is not responsible for your belongings left, lost, damaged or destroyed in the hotel.

The star rating of the hotels presented on the Site is not determined by Us. The hotel service provider determines its star rating based on the type and quality of services provided. We make no representations regarding the star ratings and do not verify them, and we are not responsible for any objective or subjective perception and factual discrepancy of the Client regarding the star ratings.
